Kumaş modası farklı malzemelerle güncel tasarımlarda vücut bulmaktadır. Triko, örme tekstil sektöründe çok geniş kullanım alanına sahiptir. Üretim şekillerine göre dokuma, örme, dokuma olmayan olarak sınıflandırılmaktadır. Triko kumaşlar halk arasında düz örme kumaş olarak tanınmaktadır. Son dönemlerde giysiden ayakkabıya bir çok sektörde çok fazla kullanılmasından dolayı dokuma örme teknikleri kullanılarak, yün ipliklerle farkı ve ayırt edici tasarımlar yapılarak triko endüstrisine öneriler getirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda, moda kavramını, sanat ve moda ilişkisini, modanın etkenleri ve güncel moda eğilimleri ve triko modasını kuramsal çerçevede ele almak, triko modasına özgün kumaş tasarımları yapmak amaçlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, kumaş tasarımların özgün ve işlevsel olmasına çalışılmış, el dokuma tezgahında örnek dokuz ürün dokunmuştur. Photoshop ile triko kazaklar, mont, ceket ve palto giydirilmiştir.
Fashion refers to change and difference. The feeling of being beautiful has developed by wearing not the same clothing, but a different one. Fashion allows mankind to be beautiful and attractive. Fabric fashion is embodied in current designs with different materials. Knitwear has been used in a wide range in the knitted textile industry. In accordance with the forms of production, they are classified into woven, knitted, non-woven. Knitwear fabrics are commonly known as plain knitted fabric. Because it has been preferred a lot in many sectors from clothing to shoes lately, recommendations have been made to the knitwear industry by using woven knitting techniques, making different and typical designs with woolen threads. In this context, it was aimed to deal with the concept of fashion, the relationship between art and fashion, the factors of fashion, current fashion trends and knitwear fashion in a theoretical framework, and to make fabric designs unique to knitwear fashion. For that reason, fabric designs were tried to be original and functional, and nine sample products were woven on the handloom. Knitwear sweaters, coats, jackets and coats were dressed in Photoshop.
