When we say art education in our country, especially in the Gazi Education Institute, both educating art educators, as well as the establishment and construction of the Faculty of Fine Arts with the efforts of many artists-educators have come to our mind. These teachers have fulfilled their duties in all corners of Anatolia with a great determination and belief in these days, in a way to create a structure that combines universal values and national values with both artist and educator visions. However, the art that separates the art and education in the last decade in our country with this kind of idealistic attitude is an elitist, an activity in which art education is conveyed by the artist, adapting the educational institution to the purposes of the personal ego, or the most serious art education, completely devoid of masterless apprentice relationship or even more badly, leave the workshop training, framing with the opinion of art, doctoral education in art education and the limits of the competence areas in art re-determination behavior can occur. This research is generally a case study, the faculty of Fine Arts in art education and organizational academics based on the idea that they have a tendency to put into a particular typology, based on the argument that the underlying causes of the experience and aims to open the discussion through experience. In particular, the researcher aims to clarify the question of what is an art educator working in the faculties of art by examining the events occurring in his perspective with unstructured observation with institutional interests.
