Talented students are discovered through their work in the field of art and sent abroad after undergoing the necessary training. Thus, it is ensured that the students sent abroad learn and follow the new developments related to the popular arts of the period and deeply affecting the society. Developments in Turkish art and Impressionism that left its mark on the period until the period of the Republic of Turkey, which was born from the Ottoman Empire and its ashes, which was in great change and underwent major revisions in many of its institutions, but aimed to become a contemporary and modern country with a completely different state administration.
